We rented the lake house for a Clemson football weekend. My son is a freshman at Clemson, and 8 members of our family came down from N.J. for the weekend. The house was perfect and the website does not do it justice! Our only regret was that we didn't have more time! It is truly less than a 10 minute drive to campus. The lake is beautiful, and the house is roomy and gorgous. Can't wait to come back !! I've had the blessing of being able to stay in various locations across the country. I can honestly say this is one of the top residences i have stayed at in terms of personal service and attention. The owners of set things up perfectly for a successful event. In addition they've always been able to respond quickly to any items of attention. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity they provided me to host a retreat weekend. The proximity to the home to the university is very close and all the major attractions are very short ride. Everything we could've thought I was provided for and then some. I have stayed at some wonderful locations but putting the personal attention together with a unique residence has made for a truly memorable experience. Many thanks and we will be back. Had a great time here cheering on our Tigers! The house has more amenities than you would expect for a rental home - a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor speakers, tons of towels, etc. - and is furnished beautifully. It's a quick drive from the stadium, even after the games, and the dock made it perfect for swimming and lounging in the water.

Outstanding experience. As advertised and more. Owner is accessible and helpful with every detail. You may count on everything promised. Wonderful house within minutes from campus. (Near the Bridge/Highpoint housing). A quiet retreat in every sense. Morning coffee dockside should not be missed. House is perfectly suited for family weekend. Owner provides detailed instructions to the appliances in the home. Even I could follow them! Grilling station is terrific. All you need to do is show up. Everything is already there for you. We came for Scott's (our oldest son) last swim meet at Clemson. Not only his last, but final meet at home for the whole team as the program has been cut. We had a wonderful Saturday night with steaks on the grill and games of gin, spades, and Guestimation. Suzy and boyfriend left early Sunday to return to Georgia Tech. We spent a glorious time on the dock after a delicious brunch at Potbelly in Clemson. Now off to find a geocache and then fly back to Houston!
